BLACKPINK's Lisa wows BLINKS as she looks effortlessly sexy and chic in the new cinema-style dance-film called The Movie.

The Movie: BLACKPINK's Lisa juggles between being a 'boss lady' & 'effortlessly sexy' in cinematic dance film

Lisa being an exceptional dancer is no secret, but did you know she can act, dance and look like an absolute boss lady, while performing the sexiest dance moves with utmost grace, style and elan? That's exactly what she has done in her new cinema-style dance film The Movie. The cinematic dance video is directed by Anthony King and choreographed by Cheshir Ha.

The video starts with a black and white shot of Lisa, getting down a black car. She is seen wearing a pant-suit, her hair tied in a long pony. We enter a casino where everyone is wearing Bane-style masks because, COVID-19! The setting is akin to 60s and 70s Hollywood gangster films. The tune begins to Lisa's entry, who looks like an absolute boss lady in her pant-suit and crimson red lips. She displays her excellent acting chops as she gauges the fellow players seated on the table. Destiny Rogers' song Tomboy plays in the background as Lisa showcases her chic dance moves, wearing an over-sized pant-suit with an athleisure style to it.

The atmosphere in the room shifts from bright to sombre, as the lights change from yellow, green and blue to red and black. Lisa appears wearing fitted, black shorts and a crop top, paired with high-heeled leather boots. She shows off her sexy dance moves as she dances to the song, the backgrounds matching steps with her.  

Towards the end, we see a brief element of magic-realism too, as the video ends with Lisa strutting about and walking away from the camera. The cinematic dance film certainly wowed BLINKS as it trended at number one on Twitter! American Singer Destiny Rogers, whose song Tomboy was used for the dance film, too showered praise on the video saying, "THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR USING MY SONG!!!!!!!! THIS WAS AMAZING ILY<3". She posted Lisa's dance video on her Instagram to show her appreciation as well.
