SBS’s “Taxi Driver” went out on top!
On May 29, “Taxi Driver” successfully ended its run at the top of its time slot. According to Nielsen Korea, the series finale of the popular drama scored average nationwide ratings of 10.9 percent and 15.3 percent for its two parts, with a peak of 18 percent in its most-watched minute.
Not only was “Taxi Driver” the most-watched miniseries of the entire week, but it also achieved the fourth-highest ratings of any Friday-Saturday drama in SBS history, bested only by “The Penthouse 2,” “The Fiery Priest,” and “Stove League.”
Meanwhile, tvN’s “Mine” reached a new all-time high in viewership with its latest episode, which scored an average nationwide rating of 8.6 percent and took first place in its time slot across all channels.
MBN’s “Bossam: Steal the Fate” also achieved its highest Saturday ratings to date, scoring a nationwide average of 6.9 percent for its latest episode.
JTBC’s “Undercover” remained stable with an average nationwide rating of 3.8 percent, while KBS 2TV’s “Revolutionary Sisters” continued its reign as the most-watched program to air on any channel on Saturday with average nationwide ratings of 25.0 percent and 28.8 percent for its two parts.
