Getting Lisa’s new outfit for free is possible for a limited time during Genshin Impact Version 3.4. Developer HoYoverse officially announced Lisa’s new skin as a part of the next update’s planned content, alongside many events and subsequent rewards. Outfits are a type of cosmetic item in Genshin Impact that change a character’s pre-established looks to an alternate version.

There are not many skins in the game currently, but Lisa’s free new Genshin Impact outfit will be available soon to help bolster the available roster. Skins for Barbara, Jean, Ningguang, and Keqing were released earlier, and most recently Genshin Impact’s Diluc and Fishcl outfits were also added. This is, of course, disregarding the alternate censored skins for a few characters’ base outfits; specifically Jean, Rosaria, Amber, and Mona.

Get Lisa’s Free Skin In Genshin Impact Through An Event

To have a chance at obtaining Lisa’s free outfit in Genshin Impact, called “A Sobriquet Under Shade,” players will need to participate in Version 3.4’s “Second Blooming” event. The limited-time activity is a team challenge event. In it, players will need to form three teams of four characters each. They will be able to choose heroes from their own roster, while also having access to a few trial characters that the game offers. This specific Genshin Impact event has a linkage system, which connects a character from one team to another. Because of this, it is possible to use certain characters in more than one round.

With the teams established, the game will set three consecutive rounds of combat for players to challenge. Although this is not connected to Genshin Impact’s Lantern Rite Festival, it is one of update 3.4’s most important events. It gifts players plentiful rewards, including Talent Level-Up Materials, Character EXP Materials, Mystic Enhancement Ores for weapons, and Mora. This is without mentioning Lisa’s free Genshin Impact outfit, which is only acquirable without a cost through the “Second Blooming” event. Players who miss the event and do not redeem the skin will have to pay for it with Genesis Crystals in the in-game store.

Lisa’s free Genshin Impact outfit is the ultimate reward in the “Second Blooming” limited-time event. Although it had been leaked with Ayaka's new Genshin Impact skin, it was still uncertain how one would obtain it. To actually acquire the skin, players need to complete all of the stages presented in the event, while also reaching the target scores set by the game.

Once that is done, Lisa’s free Genshin Impact outfit will be redeemable and equipable via Lisa’s Character Menu. The skin is reminiscent of the mage’s years at the Akademiya in Sumeru, from where she graduated as a top student. This is only a small piece of what the next update has in check for players since Genshin Impact 3.4’s character banners promise to make saving Primogems quite difficult. Genshin Impact 3.4, arrives on January 17.
