By Bhavna Agarwal: K-pop group Super Junior have renewed their contracts with SM Entertainment except for three members. Donghae, Eunhyuk and Kyuhyun have decided to part ways with SM after 17 years with them. On July 14, the agency announced, “Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun have not renewed their contracts with us and will each be pursuing individual activities.”

THREE MEMBERS OF SUPER JUNIOR LEAVE SM
However, it was made clear that all three Super Junior members would be continuing their activities with the rest of the group under SM Entertainment.
“Eunhyuk, Donghae, and Kyuhyun will be continuing their Super Junior promotions together with SM,” said SM Entertainment. “We will be cheering the three of them on as they take on new challenges, and we plan to communicate closely with them so that they can effectively carry out both their group activities and their solo activities at the same time,” the statement further read.
THEIR FUTURE PLANS
The rest of the members of Super Junior—Leeteuk, Kim Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Choi Siwon, and Ryeowook—have all renewed their contracts with the agency. As for the other three members, reports suggested that Donghae and Eunhyuk would soon establish their own label as co-founders. On the other hand, Kyunhyun is in talks with Antenna.
For those unaware, Donghae and Eunhyuk both debuted as members of Super Junior in 2005, while Kyuhyun joined the group one year later, in 2006.
